Motor
- Complete motor rebuild: 500cc V-twin 4 cylinder 2 stroke motor (powercoated)
- Cylinders ported, heads cut & re-chamfered, reed cages modified & stuffed, billet reed spacers, 1GE
ignition advanced by BJ MacDonald
- Falicon forged precision connecting rods
- Jolly Moto GP pipes with carbon fiber silencers (ceramic coated)
- Four 34mm Mikuni round slide carburetors with custom choke cables by owner
- YPVS rerouted inside the upper fairing
- Aftermarket clutch plates
- Uni filters
- Oil pump removed (motor now premixed to save weight)
- Oversized radiator (RG500.com) with custom helix shield made by owner
- Ballistic EVO2 battery
Chassis
- Custom fabricated instrumentation (Yamaha R1 speedo conversion)
- Frame is modified/cut and a new tail section added B frame powder coated and painted
- Custom billet alloy rear master cylinder brake hanger/brake stay
- Stainless steel brake lines
- 2008 Yamaha R6 swingarm modified, Ohlins rear shock mounted under the frame
- Billet polished rearsets by Wyn
- Michelin Pilot tires
- LED rear taillight fabricated/integrated into the tail section by owner
- FZR600 Sharkskinz fairing
